2. Liability issues
Ken spoke to SFPA and DPW – while adjacent property owners responsible for upkeep but not strict liability. SFPA relationship covers 22JS insurance needs.

3. Irrigation
Have been waiting for resolution regarding liability so this has been on hold.

Ken – Greenlight installation of backflow device and spigots.

Lack of lighting brought up.

5. Organizational process
Steering committee vs. open consensus.

Need to target steering com, from adjacent owners, residents, broader community
Sarah – future permeable landing materials – offset water runoff. Suggests the possibility of a rain barrel at each of the 12 staircase landings and doing a permeable surface for the landings.
